I was honored to be chosen as a featured speaker on the Travel Institutes series
On the Road Again.
The series spotlights agents who have first hand travel experiences during the pandemic.
During my interview I spoke on my experience traveling to Cancun- Riveria Maya area
of Mexico. I was very fortunate to visit many resorts on this journey and was able to highlight two resorts that are unique and definitely doing a wonderful job keeping guests safe during the pandemic.
The first resort I shared my experience on was The Fairmont Mayakoba.
The Fairmont Mayakoba is very large oceanfront property with a Greg Norman designed PGA Golf course.
A stunningly beautiful resort that has plenty of room for social distancing, they also offers villas that have up to 4 bedrooms.
The second resort I had the pleasure of experiencing was the Palamaia House of AIA.
Palamaia House of AIA is a very different concept in the all-inclusive field. It is based on holistic wellness and sustainability principles, the chef features vegan and non vegan dishes through out the resort. The spa with Cenote offers private cabins for each service. Yoga, cocoa ceremonies and sound bathing are just a few of the daily offerings. Palamaia is a truly unique resort.
The Travel Institute is the global leader in travel industry education and certification field.
The Travel Institute is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating and advancing travel agents. The knowledge I gained as a Certified Travel Counselor has been invaluable to me and my guests.
It was truly a pleasure to share my experience and first hand knowledge with other travel advisors. I was honored and humbled to have been chosen to speak- it was a wonderful, fun experience.
