Susan was a great travel agent to work with!
We had previously engaged (and paid a deposit) with a luxury travel agent but didn't feel like we were vibing.

I read reviews online about Susan and decided to eat our deposit and work with her instead. Best decision ever.

She helped us narrow down our wish list and come up with a trip to Mallorca and the South of France (France wasn't even

on our radar before). She was imaginative, easy to communicate with, and always responsive.

 

Our return flight ended up getting cancelled and Susan jumped right in to help us troubleshoot.

I saw Sue on Fox 29 and was so impressed I saved her number in case I ever decided to take my long awaited trip! Today we just booked an 8 person trip to Costa Rica, and I couldn’t be happier with her services.

Prices were great (she got us the best deal!) and I feel very comfortable with the travel insurance in case of emergencies.
